These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Strike & Scale platform, including all features, competitions, rewards, and services operated by PHILP CO PTY LTD.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the Strike & Scale platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Australia to register and participate in Strike & Scale competitions. You must hold any valid recreational fishing licence required in your state or territory.

Competitions

Strike & Scale operates skill-based fishing competitions. All competitions are judged based on the verified length or weight of eligible catches. These competitions are not lotteries and do not involve random prize draws. Winners are determined by skill and verified catch data.

Member Conduct

Members must comply with all applicable laws, including fishing regulations and bag limits. Members must not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent catch data. Violations may result in disqualification, suspension, or account termination.

Reward Credits

Reward Credits are earned through qualifying platform activity and may be redeemed through the Strike & Scale Reward Store. Reward Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. See our Rewards Store Terms for full details.

Limitation of Liability

Strike & Scale and PHILP CO PTY LTD are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
