Rewards Store Terms

The Strike & Scale Reward Store allows members to redeem Reward Credits earned through qualifying platform activity for rewards including gift cards and partner offers.

Earning Reward Credits

Reward Credits are earned through qualifying catches, eligible platform activity, memberships, paid referral milestones, eligible partner purchases, and competition or leaderboard rewards.

Redemption

Reward Credits may be redeemed for available rewards in the Reward Store. Availability of specific rewards is subject to change. Some rewards may have minimum balance requirements.

No Cash Value

Reward Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. Reward Credits are not a financial product and do not accrue interest.

Expiry

Reward Credits may expire if your account is inactive for an extended period. Active members retain their balance for the duration of their membership.

Gift Cards

Gift cards redeemed through the Reward Store are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing provider. Strike & Scale is not responsible for gift card terms, expiry, or availability beyond delivery of the redemption.

Changes

Strike & Scale reserves the right to modify the Reward Store, available rewards, and redemption terms at any time.
